I found the whole ordering and customizing process very easy to do. I first uploaded the pictures I wanted and resized them to fit the tag (You can also add color text on the front of the tag if you want) Then added the text information on the back (which drops down a menu with many types of fonts and sizes) and I realized that the best way to add it is to add one line of text at a time. As you can see, the front was custom etched to include my dogs' pictures, and phone numbers and address in the back. 

Once my order was placed in the system, I received my tags in just days! Their customer service is definitely beyond amazing.

I don't know about you, but I think this is such a original and unique product. As a photo student, I am over the moon. I'm also very impressed with quality of each of the tags and I love I said good-bye to clinky and noisy metal tags!
