This is the best tiny exercise coach you could have! Super easy to set up, very intuitive. It's very simple to clip it on and input your daily food into the online tracker. I love that it counts your steps, your stairs, your total miles and shows you if you've burned off enough calories to hit your weekly weight loss goal. FitBit has a great mobile and online dashboard that is color coded to show you at a glance how close you are to reaching your goal (I absolutely love, love, love the Fitbit dashboard). The Fitbit One holds its charge for about a week. It is splash proof and sweat proof. No regrets, it is truly fantastic and it will help motivate you to lose weight.
My sister (She has the Fitbit Zip) and I both had Fitbits (My dog broke mine a week ago and it doesn't work at all now) and it was somewhat of a competition between us to see who could get more steps, more floors, and the biggest flower.
